These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vep.live (the "Service") operated by VEP Technologies Ltd. ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VEP provides virtual AI employee solutions for businesses. Our public blog at vep.live/blog contains case studies and educational content about AI workforce automation. The platform itself requires a registered account.

3. User Accounts

• Account registration requires a valid email address and company information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data beyond what our API provides.
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content through the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on vep.live — including text, graphics, logos, code, and design — is owned by VEP Technologies Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Blog content may be shared with attribution and a link to the original post.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content, perform tasks, and interact with users. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions.

7. Data Processing

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. For platform users, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request for GDPR compliance.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect the Service. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEP Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VEP Technologies Ltd. from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
